Death threats and harrassment by ex girlfriend

My girlfriend wants to take civil actions against me because I do not want to marry her. She made a police report stating that she went for abortion of our baby. When I want to break up with her, she threaten me into taking Civil Actions. What am I supposed to do now? During our 2 years relationship, she has been very abusive towards me when quarelling, she send me death threats and also using a voice message that she wants to kill me. I am sick and tired of this. What am I supposed to do? Recently she has been harrassing me by calling me almost everyday many times threaten that she wants to sue me and make sure I lost my job.

You were specifically required to state the name of the US state that you live in when you first posted. You ignored that requirement. Nobody can help you unless you do so. If you are not in the US then we cannot help you.

You can report death threats to the police in whatever area of the world you happen to reside.

Stop all contact with her.

Report any and all threats to the police.

If she continues to threaten you, look into getting a restraining or stay away order.

Get counselling.
