Someone died in the house I live in

What is the name of your state? Georgia

Does a landlord have to tell the potential tenant of deaths that may have occured in the house they are thinking about renting? I just found out yesterday that in the house I am renting, that there was a murder suicide. I feel really uncomfortable staying there now. The landlord didn't tell me anything about it. Are they obligated to?
