What is the name of your state?CA
I was awarded a judgement from the California Department of Labor against an employer for none pages of final wages. It was filed in Aug. 2004, and he has not paid a cent and has packed his bags and moved out of state. I believe I know where he is which is Kansas City Mossouri but i am not sure. What happens now?

You would have to file your judgment, with the proper paperwork, in a court where he lives now. You can probably get information on the process to domesticate the judgment from the county court in his area. From what I understand, its not all that expensive and doesn't take long to do at all.

Domesticate

Is there another word for that? I have searched and searched even looked the word domesticate up in my law dictionary and I come up empty?
