I live in the state of United Kingdom.

Approximately 18 months ago I took out a loan for my son with bad debts.

This agreement was signed by myself.

He has in the past 6 months not paid me any installments on this loan, how do I stand legally to get these payment paid to me ?, all I have on a piece of paper iwith his signature, giving me assurance that he will pay me monthly together with his weekly rent money.

Do I have yo seek the advice of a solicitor/lawer, or is it straight forward to pursue this case ?
