What is the name of your state?

Ok, Early this year in March I received a summons from a law firm trying to collect a debt that they said I had. I replied with an answer and then I was issued a disclosure statement to fill out with all of my evidence. I submitted it and a few weeks later I received a letter from from the law firm saying that they were dismissing the case with prejudice. About a week later I received the paper work from the courts saying that it was dismissed. Now it is June and I received a letter in the mail from another law firm claiming to sue me for the exact same debt. Is this allowed or even possible?
