What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia. My wife and I are separated and have been for living apart for almost six years. Her health is declining and she may die. Since she has not been able to work she has been living off credit cards. I would like to know if she does die with outstanding debts, can those companies come to me for payment even though the accounts are only in her name?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
