I would like an advice:

I have many debt, $9000 from U.S. government credit card that I had not paid as well as secured loan from a company. Both are about to sue me for the payment. I do not have the money nor job to pay any, not even a penny. I am practically living day by day.

My question is, can they send me to jail for non-payment? Also, just received called from the bank that government goes thru for the credit card, they said they they are in the process of litigation. Again, what are my options if I can not pay and what can they do to me?

living nervously,
