On the divorce decree it states that my ex was to pay a debt. s/he did not and now I am being sued for the debt. Is there any thing I can do to get them to sue her and leave me alone?

My response:

No. The creditor is not a party to your divorce decree. You should pay the money, and then sue her in Small Claims court for Breach of Contract. Or, you can take her back to family law court for "Contempt of Court" and watch as the court tells the Bailiff to take her to jail. Make your choice.
