my husband and I have been living apart for 6 months but we are not legally seaprated. If we divorce (and it seems likely) will I be held responsible for debts incurred during this 6 months? For example...his wireless phone bill, student loans, new computer, etc. We live in Arkansas. No fault/community porperty.
Thank you for your help!

If you did not file for legal seperation, then yes you could be liable for any debts.
