In North Carolina, when filing a divorce without an attorney, what form should I use..Standard or Uncontested when we had a child together but the child is now deceased? Also, He is in prison for the murder of our child, so what should I use for the grounds of divorce?

What a tragedy. If he consents then it's uncontested. In many states a long prison term is itself grounds for divorce, and the matter would be a slam dunk.

Why not go to the court clerk and beg for some help if you can't afford a lawyer. A lawyer would not be expensive and would save you lots of grief. If there is a law school nearby, they may have a clinic that can help. My prayers to you.
