What is the name of your state?MN
A friend, who is temporarely living in my home, is playing a "game" that seems wrong, if not illegal. He has been "involved" with a married woman for the past 3 years. This past year, she divorced her husband to be with him. The ex-husband does not know that they had been having an affair. My friend wishes to marry her and move to Alaska. The only "hitch" to their plan is that she has two children and cannot take them out of state. So, they have concocted a plan to remove the ex-husband's parental rights. They have gone to the county twice with allegations of sexual abuse because the ex-husband showers with his 7 yr. old daughter. She has missed a lot of school this year because of illness (mostly caused by the divorce) and they now have the school convinced that she is missing school because of abuse that happens on the weekends. They have verbalized this plan to me numerous times. I have asked, "Do you truely believe this is going on?" to which they reply, "I don't think so, but I won't ever forgive myself if it is." What should I do?

What do you want to do?

"...the ex-husband showers with his 7 yr. old daughter..."
Is this true?

I want to tell the ex and the county what their plan is. I want things to be on "equal" grounds. This ex has NO idea what is coming his way. No, he showers and then helps her shower.

If you feel like the authorities and the ex should know, then tell them.

Expect a **** storm.
