What is the name of your state? KY

I got a letter from the SSA a few weeks ago and the decision was fully favorable. I've been waiting for this lazy system of ours to make a decision on my disability for many many years. I now could care less about getting disability. What papers do I ask my lawyer to file to tell the government they can stick that cash and benefits where the sun doesn't shine? Seriously, I don't want the cash or benefits anymore now that they made a favorable decision. What do I do? Just call the judge and tell him to reverse his decision? I can make it without their help. They kind of made me get used to living like a poor sucker. Thanks Uncle Sam!:(

No need to be hasty. Let them send the cash. I'm sure your lawyer gets some of it for fees? You can give the rest to charity or save it up or do with it whatever you desire. You may need the cash and benefits someday and shouldn't have to go through the whole process again.

Send me your name and address - JK2 - Really, no one know what to tell your lawyer to do in a case like this?
Speak with your lawyer .

If you're living like a poor sucker , then take the benies you are entitled to , and live a little better and still be a poor sucker .

Ask your lawyer , and tell your mental health counselor .
