What is the name of your state? South Carolina

Do I need an attorney to complete a deed of distribution when I am the PR and it is only for two parcels of land? I have both of the original deeds to the land. Thank you in advance.

You don’t have to but it is advised you do. One small error in a deed can have serious consequence thst are difficult to remedy.

Thank you for your response. That is what I read online. I just didn't want to pay even more if it isn't necessary.

If you write the deed yourself, should there be an error, it could cost you (personally) far more than it will save the estate now.
