My ex partner and i have been at each others throat because i feel that he pushed me to abort my twins by trying to have me hurt numerous times. My ex filed harassment complaints on me twice. I wasnt aware of this until i had to file charges because he pulled a gun on me and his friend tried to kill me and did 4200 worth of damages to my car with me in it. The complaints were for the 1st and 4th of December. Both days he tried to get me to come over because he has belongings of mine that he wont mail. I refused to come to his house. I asked if we could just meet at a mall, he said "you'll never see me unless to come to me bozo" both days. I never went. After i filed my charges, i went to get a ppo on both men. My ex partner has a ppo hearing for me on the 2nd of January that I wasnt aware of. The harassment charges were thrown out because to his seven messages from me, I have 68 on him. Also the ppo against me wont go through because he has nothing on me. I have plenty including how he called me over to get jumped when i was 4 months pregnant. Could I sue for defamation of character since his harassment charges would have led to a warrant for my arrest if i hadnt kept my text messages. Would this be considered filing a false police report since it was proven that harassment didnt occur from my end. Can someone explain how he got a CCW when he's just a pharmacy tech. Can i do something about the officers who were his friends and tried to get me to erase my text messages prior to me knowing about the harassment charges. Can i get the officers for failing to mention that My ex pulled a gun on me but mentioning that he had a CCW in the report. Can I sue his roommate for assault? What can I do?What is the name of your state?
