What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Georgia

I own 34% of a trucking company in the Atlanta area. It has come to my attention that my biggest customer is telling my business partners as well as other customers that I am a heavy drug user and that I have been steeling company funds. My partners are being pressured into voting me out of my position as well as forcing me to sell my shares of the company. If they do not do this, we will lose this customer as well as many others. I do not know what my options are.

**A: so what drugs are you using and how much money have you siphoned?

That is the problem. I have never used drugs. Nor, have I stolen any money from my company. And it is very easy to prove that both claimes are lies.

**A: well then what is your worry? Easily prove to your partners that you are the target of lies. And before you sign the letter, double check your spelling.

My worry is that one way or another I can lose my company because of these lies. As I said, not only are my partners being told these lie, but other customers as well. 90% of my business is on construction sites. If they believe I am using drugs I can be told to remove my equipment. Also, the customer that is spreading these lies is our largest customer. If I don't leave, they will stop using my company. This in itself can destroy my company.
