What is the name of your state? NC
My friend's ex-husband has falsely accused me/ alleged that I notarized a document without him being present. They are currently in a new battle over child support payment - which he is delinquent in, etc. I am an innocent victim of their new dispute and he is obviously using this allegation to help his case. This could lead to the revocation of my notary commission. I have to respond to the Secretary of State but I also want to teach him a lesson. What can I do?
