Dear I am always liable,
This is in reply to your answer to my question.
You said that my ex'es atty. would file a motion to
set aside default judgment. Would this be granted
before the sceduled default hearing date of Jan.31
or would it be part of the 31st proceedings?
Also what would be considered extreme prejudice?
I dont understand when she had 3 oppurtunities to
exercise her const. rights and declined why is it so simple
to just set aside the default judgment?
I also want to add that I have been through this before
I have primary physical cust. of 14 and 11 yr. old daughters
from a preveous relationship.
