I purchased a used car in California then moved to Oregon. There was a dispute on the payments due to a confusion on the banks part regarding ins. coverage. It was a small amount but I did not pay it. The car is not worth much and I am in default on the loan, according to the Bank. They never repossessed the vehicle and it's been almost a year. What can I do? I'm not going to pay the bank, they screwed me. Is there is something else I can do to gain the title to the vehicle.

My response:

Excuse me?

Do you have a better answer? Your question required a yes or no. And the answer to your question is no. What else did you want - - a song and dance?

The simple fact is that they have your title, and you have their money. They have the same attitude about the situation as you do. They're not giving you the title, until you give them their money.

So, the answer to your question is no, you stupid sh!tface!
