What is the name of your state?illinois
on 10/11/03 i purchased 19 yards of cement.this was delivered in two truck loads.the first was on time, the second was to be delivered after i phoned the yard with the balance of what would be needed.instead the yard sent the second truck with less than i needed, and to boot the driver hit my neighbors fence, which then created conflict.after an hour and a half the driver finally dispensed the cement which by then was no good and could not be worked correctly, and it was short forceing me to miss a day of work and paying for an additional truck load of cement and a laboror to finish it.i contacted the cement company what these issues, they"lost" my invoices i faxed them copies, they sent someone out to look at the walkways and never "got back to me".i spent $5000 to have this done, where do i stand and what are my choices if any at this point?
thank you for any help provided
deirdre
