Hi everybody, :)
Can we apply the definition of an offer (i.e. Until the seller accepts it and signs it, the offer to purchase is just that, an offer.) to an online offer? When is it accurate to say that an online offer is made, and what can possibly affect the determination? Thank you all.

As with most things in US Law, it all depends on the circumstances. If no facts are provided, then best advice we can give you is "research contract law and legal rulings for the last 200 years"

Yes. An offer is an offer until it is no longer an offer. The offer will cease being an offer when:
1) It is accepted, or
2) It is withdrawn, or
3) It expires.

Feel better?? :D

Either thay pay for it or they dont. I would say both of those would effect the determination.
