4 highschool students, journey to private property off school grounds during lunch to smoke cigarettes. The principle follows the students and confiscates one of the students possesions which happened to be a nickel size of cannabis. The students then are taken back to school property,and are interagated by the principle first and then 30min later the policeman. 2 students claimed that the canibis was of one of the other students that did not possess the cannabis.And the other student plead the 5th amendment. The 2 students the accused the other student were of possesion of cannabis. As follows the policeman charged the one student with speculation of consuming cannabis. But later in the report 3 months after, charged the student with possesion of cannabis,when the student never consumed or possesed cannabis,as for searching the students without parental consent.
how could I be charged with petty misdemeanor of cannabis when never having possession of cannabis or consumption????????
