I want to file a deformation of character lawsuit against a British citizen for lies said about me on a public forum, the forum server is also based in the US. i know it is going to be costly and time consuming but what i would like to know is would i be able to get the person extradited to the States and what are the chances of my winning a lawsuit against a British Citizen, would it be any less than if the person was from the States?

Thanks in advance
