What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Ca.
What law or laws would come into question if an Amer. Citizen marries a none American Citizen. Strickly to make the path to America easier to accuire for the none American.

In exchange the American Citizen starts off with an all expence paid trip to a Foreign Country for a 2 - 4 Wk stay and in the end has acquired a Net profit close to $50,000 by the time the divorce is entered and signed into record. And the foreignmate is on U.S. Soil a U.S. Citizen.

Is something like this a crime? Or just another form of the mail order bride industry? If it is a crime what are the realistic punishments (Fines/Jail or both)?
Would the Nation of Origin make the Difference. Chinese, or Cuban Nationals judged different than Brazillian or English Nationals, if each case were identical to the example previously stated?

Or is this type of illegal immigration legal?
Does anybody even care as long as the proper paperwork is in order and procedures are followed.

Thanks For Any Replies.

OF COURSE IT'S ILLEGAL!!!!
The foreigner would get deported for life and the USC slapped with possible prisontime and several hundred thousand dollar fine, does it still sound like a good idea?
