What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio.
My 19 year old son was taking a 17 year old home from a indoor skate park and was pulled over and advised that since it was after curfew he was not allowed to have a minor in his vehicle. He recieved a summons to court and then he was scheduled a trial on Oct 7. I want to find out is there a lessor charge he can agree to instead of going thru a trial. We can't afford a lawyer and huge fees that may be imposed. He doesn't want this to ruin his future he is only 19 years old and was trying to be nice and give his friend a ride home. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
