Hi!
Can someone please tell me if a lawyer would ever tell a client that to do this > http://www.cheekybutts.com.au/ (see red account notice "Amanda Bringgs your account is 10 weeks overdue" ) as an approperate way of sending a customer a demand letter?
Particularly when the said customer claims to have tried to contact the shop owner many times but gets no response and claims to have proof of payment and is happy to try and sort it out in private.
Surely a lawyer would never say that this is an approperate way to give a demand notice to a customer?
(not to mention that if the customer has paid, it is defamation)
