DEMANDING customer satisfaction and refund

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ND
I purchased a "package" from a company that guaranteed income within 6 months. I have done all they asked, I seem to get a different person every time I have a problem and when I demand a refund they tell me I need to "purchase" more things in order to get this "program" to work. How do I go about getting a refund or at least a partial refund? I have records of e-mails and other dealings with this company. This company has several complaints about it on the internet and goes by different names also. I have dealt with 3 of them so far.

Seems to me that they GOT their guaranteed income from people who fell for the scam!

What makes you think you're entitled to a refund?

P.S. You do realize these "packages" (or whatever they call them) are complete and total shams now right?

Hard to understand why people don't study up on scams.

You could try sueing, but the company will probably change its name and move.
