disgruntled seller

Guest
I sold a house last week. The P&S had an "as is" clause, and a "broom clean" clause (which was met). The buyer did a walk-through before closing, and the closing proceeded.
AFTER signing all the documents (including
deed), but before dispursing my money, the
buyer listed items she wants me to clean or
remove from what is now her property. Am I
required to do this?
