Hello, I need to know how to stop the Kanawha County Planning Commision from having my house demolished. They have already started the paperwork. My house was condemed on Aug.1,2007 for a meth lab bust. I am currently negotiating with a firm to do the cleanup of the property but need to make sure it wont be torn down. How do I file an injunction and how long will it be good?

Have the firm who is going to do the abatement , give you a specific plan laying out what they are going to do and file the permits. Then go see a real estate atty.
