Hello,
I have tried to get testing accommodations for the LSAT for a very long time now. The LSAC board keeps denying me and I have submitted every piece of information they have requested from me for the last 3 months. I was diagnosed with a learning disability in 1985, 1996, and again in 2008 from professional doctors and have all the test results.

They are denying me because I did not use extra time on the SAT and scored an average score on this exam. I also take medication that helps control my ADD symptoms. I cannot afford to sue the LSAC because I need to save my money to go to law school but know that if I had the money, a judge would rule in my favor in court.

There isn't a payoff for a lawyer who would take my case, so is there any lawyer who does this sort've thing for free? I will not even get a 130 without the extra time and its so frustrating. Please help!
