I bought my hillside home in 2006 "AS IS" that had some visible(slight) cracks in the foundation. The cracks increased rapidly a few months later and caused the foundation to be unstable. My insurance coy denied my claims because they do not cover loss caused by crack, shifting in foundation or any kind of soil instability. It was also based in part on the plumbing bills that were submitted that showed that were overgrown roots in the sewage line.

My sprinkler system and sewage line were leaking and my neighbor's plumbing was also leaking into my property. I beleive that the water leakage was the cause.

The policy excludes any loss caused by repeated, continous leaking of the sprinkler, sewage line. Insurance also claims that I cannot sue them. My policy deadline is 1 yr from the date of loss.

Need help ASAP.What is the name of your state?

What kind of 'help' are you looking for?

If you mean help to challenge the insurance company opinion that your circumstance is not covered, your only option is to hire experts who can evaluate the condition and try to determine what the real cause of the problem is and then use those experts to try to convince the insurance company to change their mind.

However, I think you have a bigger problem in that your own post admits you KNEW of the problem before purchase (and presumably before insurance). That would exclude the claim. Kind of like getting cancer THEN buying cancer insurance.

I'm not sure what help you're looking for, either. You obviously didn't do your homework before purchasing your property. An inspection would have noted the foundation problems. And, no, insurance doesn't cover a shifting foundation unless that foundation shift was solely caused by a covered peril (lighting, fire, hail, etc).
