I was denied re-entry into the USA because the INS found some documents that suggested I was 'working' illegaly...5 yrs. I have an American Boyfriend,,,we will get married...here are my questions:
1) what proceedures do we have to follow?
2) do you think we'll have major problems.
3) should we marry first, or do the fiance's visa deal?
4) sadly divorce is an possible issue?? How many years would we be required to stay together inorder for me to keep my green card status ...(if we had children I'd want to be near their dad)
5) if he hasn't been in the USA for a long period of time(he travels alot) can he still sponsor me in?
6) what about pre-nups in California?(I have a big inheritance)
Please RSVP......

Sounds like you have ulterior motives. Blatant and the INS will see that. If you have a big inheritance don't be stingy. http://www.attorneypages.com

It also sounds like your boyfriend has no clue what is about to hit him. Hmm, sad shame when there are many people out there who have a genuine need to come to the U.S.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.
