Denied Health?

I am 45 years old, and have a non-progressive neurological disorder called Dystonia. I previously was covered under a group plan, but the company closed.

In applying for coverage with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, I have received the following:

Blue Cross - Ongoing treatment for truncal dystonia with Artane, no definitive diagnosis. Only eligible for CA. major risk.

Blue Shield - Medical info. received from your physician is incomplete. Please send us copies of your medical records for Truncal Dystonia.

Please advise.
