I live in PA. I recently had extensive dental work done by a practice that advertises quick service for phobic patients, which I am. They do not accept insurance, at least not mine, so I paid over 7 grand (charge card) for work, a bridge mostly, and now I am in more pain than ever. I believe he chipped one of my other teeth, and the bridge has a gap between it and my gum line. When I pointed this out before it was permantely glued in, I was told I was just looking for it and lectured on why I had to have so much work in the first place. I did not allow them to permanently seal it and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told I had to pay more. I haven't been back since, the bride falls out regularly and I am in much pain and afraid to go to any dentist at this point. Do I have a dental malpractice case? Can you recommend any lawyers in my area?
