How can I introduce my products (cosmetics[to start], brushes, shoes) to different department stores such as:

Dillards or Macys or whatnot?

We have our products, Do we make pamphlets or, Someone help me get started

I suggest you look in to a business and/or marketing class in your area. Try the local community college.
