I have started a dependent day care reimbursement out of my paycheck (the pre tax fund) as of Jan. and my daycare provider is not following her contract and I need to find new care . I wish to cancel my account as of today and my HR person said I can not do this. Is this accurate? I would think that would be considered a change in status. cota
