I live with my fiance' and have not worked since March of 04, my daughter who I have had custody of since April of 04 lives with us also.
I do not receive child support and her father has not supported her since April of 04.My fiance' has supported both of us since April of 04.
Can he claim us on his Federal Taxes and how should he file?
