I have a depo in the morning. My lawyer has not prepared me for it. She wont return my text, email or call after she told me that my X wants to negociate between the $200,000,000 loan he took out for our daughter 8 or 9 ys.ago(I had no knowledge about) and never paid and my missing $36,000 of my inheratence. He open 5 credit cards in my name which means he forged my name. He invested and lost $3,883 of my american funds account with out my knowlege. I dont know what to do. Assuming this isn't a troll, you have an enormous amount of money (even assuming that's 200 thousand and not 200 million) at stake and you're not happy with your attorney. The obvious answer is to get a different attorney.

Of course, by waiting until the evening before your deposition, you may have ruined your chances for that, but that's what I'd be doing. Call around, find a new attorney, and ask for the deposition to be rescheduled.
