dear sir
i went to the usa in july 2004 on a visitor visa and i overstayed my visa till i got arrested by the ins after i had a car accedentin november 2007
and in my court i told the judge that i wanted to volunter to go home and he said it is ok since i had a clean a criminal records

during my staying in usa i got sick and went to the hospital and found out that i have a heart problem


now my question is after the voluntary departure ( i got back home b4 i was supposed to and i already withdrawn my bond ) am i barred from entering usa for 10 years ???


if so could my medical condition help me to get back

Why would your medical condition, the treatment of which would be paid for by the US taxpayers, help your situation? Since you likely be a public charge, you are more likely to be denied - not granted - entry.

You need to seek medical treatment in your home country where any care you need can be paid for by you and your family and your countrymen - not the US people.

You should plan to never return to the US as based on your history and medical problems, you are a poor risk for a visa.
