Deported to Nicaragua

.This friend of mine was deported to Nicaragua last week I was wondering what exactly do they do when they deport you, do they make you get A job or what. Also is it easy for him to come back to the states, he does have family here his Mom and sisters live here. Please tell me more about how they are in Nicaragua.
