You don't have to sign a contract to have a contract.

You bought a bed, you made a down payment (not a deposit), there are no refunds unless the store says there is.

People make that mistake all the time.

I suggest you complete your purchase and get your bed.

In the future don't hand over money unless you are sure you want what you are buying.
