I went and got alot of test done and med. and amitted into the hospital and im 16.. because my girlfriends parents took her and my little baby daughter away from me..and idk it cost so much emotional pain and i just sat there allday and just cryed and be depressed because my daughter dont even know me..is there a way i can make my girlfriends parents pay allthat stuff. since its there fault..or no?? i would love to dosomething to them.. but legaly

Now my question. Why are you not dealing with this issue by filing a petition for custody and visitation in your local court?
