Employee Descrimination???

What is the name of your state? Illinois
Can an employer with say 30 employees, 6 of whom are in a "Management" class, selectively choose to contribute different amounts of coverage for each of these managers health insurance premium? Some 100% covered while others 75%, and 60% covered. Shouldn't all "Management" be offered the same coverage?

Not necessarily. For example, a restaurant company could choose different levels of benifits to their restaurant managers than they do their accounting or IT managers. Perfectly legal.

Do these "managers" do exactly the same work?

One is an estimator(oversees noone 100% premium coverage), one is production control (oversees noone 100% premium coverage), one is v.p.(oversees the plant mgr 100% premium coverage), one is plant manager(oversees 30 shop employees - 70% premium coverage), one is office mgr (oversees 1 - 55% premium coverage), one is quality control mgr (oversees noone - 60% coverage). These amounts were not determined in advance before each of these employees were hired, these amounts were determined solely on how little they could get away with and the louder the bark - the more premium coverage was given. There is no formal plan laid out to determine the specific coverage for managers. For the "shop" employees it is clearly defined however. See where my confusion is coming from?
