Alabama
Studious persons in the Government of Alabama will discover that in a Presbyterian Communion that Alabama recognizes itself spiritually as a Homeland to the Puritan Pilgrims or those identifying themselves ethnically with that group or American ancestry. That wouldn't be identical to the laws on the Reservations whatsoever.

That's a serious topic if you've noticed many studious backgrounds also in Presbyterianism like the Korean Presbyterians are in Alabama or the Scottish Presbyterian , I haven't met.

Anyway, I'm not terribly interested on the swirling hurricane of issues to bog down Civil Rights, Segregation ending, uniting the Presbyterian Church and others, we'll all migrate together in a mass tribal swirling motion, we definitely need the legal claim written as is internationally that the Presbyterians observe non-commercial reservation in their settlement patterns still today around the world, like Dutch Netherlands, Scottish Scotland, Korean Korea, for instance. That's a serious law claim to hammer out. Alabama has an identical religious outlook in Southern Presbyterianism to a Korean Presbyterianism.

Mike, FreeAdvice is not a discussion forum. You might want to search the internet for a site better suited for your questions.

Well, OK , I was all done after searching anyone's memory for besides native american reservations, a law book who can legitimize the interactions of Presbyterians, whatsoever? It Was the Government who Removed the American Presbyterian legitimacy and equivalency.

You might want to expand your internet search or, if you have a library that is open in your area, you could visit and ask (or you could call) your librarian for direction.

This forum is really not designed to address your concern. Sorry.

A library, I've been to 4 libraries, I've studied daily for 10 years, I know all the issues, I know this is a Giant effort of government where we get to be crushed in the cogwheels and our rights to be just like the international community and the rights of all the other peoples on this planet. I know they already want to sink a single dime of my 100,000 good charitable efforts in properties, and I Desire a personally retained lawyer on commission.

This site doesn't provide referrals and any attorney that would troll legal site for clients is a hack and not to be trusted.

Call the Alabama Bar Assoc and they will give you several names for attorneys.
