I read your other Q & A's about breaking a lease. However, I live in Alabama and I hate this apartment I am living in. I want to move but my lease is not up for another 12 months. There must be some loop hole or something that I can use to get out of this lease. If you can help me please do.

YES the loophole....... FIND another tenant willing to pay the same rent as you and have the landlord sign a lease with them and you are home free.
