What is the name of your state? Texas ....I would like to know if i have a case of malpractice? i have been treated for my feet now for three years was refered to a pain doc who said it was rsd...then said no it was due to a disk problem...this diagnosis went without being diagnosed for some time...multiple medicins, therepy and injections were done with no result...back and feet got worse then my neck started to hurt which was finally looked at as well, also herniated with bilateral c6 nerve damage. I continue to worsen with the same treatements...

More information would be very helpful.
*What diagnostic testing was done by your regular Doctor that prompted the referral to a pain specialist (X-Ray, CT, MRI)?
*Which medications, therapy and injections did you receive?
*What symptoms were you having to warrant the diagnosis of RSD?
*How did the pain specialist arrive at the decision that you herniated C6?
*What "treatments" do you receive that cause you to "continue to worsen"?

diagnosis delayed or wrong

I had three or four sympathetic nerve root blocks, three or four steriod injections, countless anti inflamitory meds, multiple pain meds, pain patches and physical therepy. I started with pain numbness in my feet with pins and needles some numb spots then spread to lower back. they took a few weeks to decide to do an mri, then kept on with injections with no results. from there it went to my neck, with another mri, c6 herniation. i switched docs due to this ones inability to do anything in a timely manner, the new doc did a nerve test and there is nerve damage bilaterally at that disc. with my neck i have chronic pain, everything from my shoulders down to fingetips is painful, pins and needles, some left handed weakness, according to new doc

Do you have any particular treatment or problem that you think is caused by negligence or do you just want a lottery win because you have feet that apparently hurt, which caused you to be off balance for at least three years, which resulted in your having disc problems?

My advice is to pay your own medical bills and stop taking treatments that do not help.

Just FYI, Ellencee, yesterday the OP PM'd me additional information about his/her issues and I encouraged him/her to post it on the thread so one of you all could give advice....guess they didn't do it....hopefully they'll see this and post.
