i have lived in a rental house (in Littleton Colorado) for over a year and 1/2 with my husband, son, and brother-in-law.Our original lease was for a year. i let my uncle use place for storage and now landlord has let him and his girlfriend stay, wants him on lease too. our original lease says no more than 3 to live on property. i never wanted more people staying there. i still live in the house and my uncle has now signed a new lease without me. Do i have any legal recourse to get uncle out? has landlord violated lease? we are not behind in rent.
