My Brankruptcy was discharged in January 2001. My attorney suggested that I do not sign reaffirmation agreements on my home and car loan (still making payments on time every month). I requested and received a copy of my credit report and it states that the two were included in my bankruptcy. I'm not planning to stay in my home forever (would like to sell in maybe 3 to 4 years). Is there anything that I could do for these two companies to give me a rating on my report. I'm paying on time everymonth, I would like a rating. Should I maybe trade my car in (really don't want to), move to another home in 2 years (really don't want to)or is there something that I can do (maybe some type of contract) with these companies so that I can start receiving a rating?
