What is the name of your state? missouri

i was dWI and ran off the road and basically almost killed myself.i past out for about an hour i think and the next thing i rmember is im being asked question after question. later i was given 3 tickets and taken to jail for about 6 hours. i got a ticket for drug par. driving on the wrong side of the road and DWI. at the bottom of all three tickets there is a place where the "suspect" should sign (if you ever have gotten a ticket im sure you signed it) it says " i promise to dispose of the charges of which i am accused through court appearances or prepayment of fine and court costs" i never signed this on any of the tickets. will this get them thrown out or does this not need to be signed? What is the name of your state?

What it says it what it is. The signature is normally just so they don't have to take you to jail. It affects nothing else.

This is not the loophole you are hoping for. In some places the cop can simply write "taken to jail" where the signature goes.
