I am a male. I have custody of my dauhter for eigh years. Now her school is asking for documents I can not find. We do not have the same last name so getting a birth certifacate is a problem. Also I am having problems finding how to get my dna results as proof of being her bioloogical parent.I got custody in TN, and now live in Il. her mom lives in Richmond Va'
