NY. Can a warrent be ordered to tap and decipher a digitally transmitted signal from a cell phone? I read in the newspaper around the Clinton sex scam time that the FCC had no ruling on tapping into and deciphering a digital signal and a digitally encryted signal doesn't fall into the laws pertaining to tapping an analog (voice) signal that is transmitted via cell phones. It seems that tapping a digitally encrypted signal is a 4th amendent violation and to the date of the article (1998-99)there were no legal devices available to decipher the digit signal cause of the 4th amendment. P.S. I'll bet Bill thanks the 4th everytime he ........(well you know). BOY talk about famous no matter what he has done, right or wrong, what a "COMMAND(er) Preformance" all those "lovey dovey" cell phone calls would've made in the history books if those calls were legal to tap and then deciphered into print!!!!!!! Was it luck or planned????? Another job done well or well done, you go Bill!
